Bug MiniProfiler includes no information about its license

I can’t seem to find the license that MiniProfiler is released under. Can anyone point me to something official. I’m not so much looking for the answer (I think its Apache). I’m looking for a link to somewhere on the site that I can show to legal.

Somehow along the lines we lost / forget to include a license file.
