Feature Start miniprofiler minimized?

Hi –

ShowControls is a good feature, but I would like an additional switch to load the controls minimized. They’re intrusive, but minimized I can just show them all the time to all devs on the site.

What would also be nice is to keeping the show/minimize controls state persistent upon page requests. It’s undesirable that when I minimize the controls and refresh, they’re shown again :).
