Is MiniProfiler/dotnet project is open for contribution? I’m afraid I did not find any information about this topic like in MiniProfiler/rack-mini-profiler except place where I can make a pull requests. If it is than what is the best way to start?

Yes, the project is open for contributions. Please use the Issues/Pull Request section in GitHub for this.
If you are fixing some small bug that is easy to identify, then no problem sending a PR right away.
If you have an idea for a new feature or more significant refactoring, please make your case in an Issue before you put the work in, to be sure that someone on the project team approves of it before you put in the work.
