We have several system with several pages each and sometimes you can’t know where are the bottlenecks unless the user complaints.
It would be wonderful if we let MiniProfiler run in the app logging to queries and/or pages that take long to respond.

I didn’t know that you can log the results the the DB to retrieve later.
In this article (http://antonvishnyak.wordpress.com/2011/09/07/building-an-mvc-mini-profiler-dashboard/) the author does that and then display a dashboard with the worst results.
